Designed for adults who need assistance and support to live in the community
as independently as possible

Participates live at home and come to the program during the day.

Designed to support and provide relief for the caregiver.

Program provides opportunities to socialize and enjoy leisure activities.

Program offers health care and assistance with activities of daily living.

Participants of the NASP have access to all the programs and resources
of the Brooks Health Center - Long Term Care.
Who Can Attend?Back to Top

Any adult living in the community(Brooks, Bassano, and the County of
Newell).
-
Persons who have physical, social or emotional limitations.
-
Persons who need support in transition between facility and community.
-
All participants should be under the care of a physician.

We welcome referrals from people who may be interested in participating
in the program, family members and health care professionals. Referrals

There is a daily fee which includes lunch as well as coffee and
snacks.
